vAPI Genesis Goose Eggs Official Rules

The sponsor and administrator is Echelon Finance Ltd, a corporation incorporated in the Republic of the Marshall Islands (registration no. 127117) (the "Sponsor"). The Sponsor operates vAPI Network for this campaign. Its registered office is Trust Company Complex, Ajeltake Road, Ajeltake Island, Majuro, Marshall Islands MH96960. These Official Rules govern eligibility, entry, selection, and the right to mint. The vAPI Genesis Goose Eggs Campaign Terms govern use of the application and mint interface. The vAPI Genesis Goose Eggs Privacy Notice explains campaign data handling. These Official Rules control if those campaign documents conflict about eligibility, entry, or selection.

The campaign is open only to natural persons who are at least 18 years old, are legally able to participate from their physical location, and are not subject to applicable sanctions or another legal, regulatory, or binding provider prohibition. The campaign is void wherever participation or minting is prohibited.

Each applicant is responsible for determining whether participation and minting are lawful from the applicant's physical location. Sponsor directors, officers, employees, contractors directly involved in the campaign, and members of their immediate households are not eligible. The Sponsor may require reasonable evidence of eligibility where applicable law permits.

This release opens only the application and qualification process. Allocation, selection, results, contract deployment, payment, and minting are not live and require a separate operational release after applications close.

The opening time is the UTC timestamp displayed on the official campaign page when the Sponsor activates intake. There is no scheduled closing date. The Sponsor manually closes intake through the production campaign controls. The production server timestamp recorded when the Sponsor closes intake is the authoritative UTC cutoff, and the official campaign page displays the closed status and recorded cutoff after closing.

The Sponsor's server records determine when an application is received. A started, incomplete, interrupted, unverified, or unsubmitted application at or after the recorded cutoff is not eligible for the draw.

Applying is free. No purchase, payment, token balance, or mint transaction is required to apply or to be selected, and paying anything cannot improve the chance of selection.

An applicant must complete every required step before applications close:

Only one application is allowed per person and per wallet. One X identity or one verified email may be used for only one application in this campaign. An applicant may not use additional wallets, accounts, identities, devices, scripts, bots, traffic relays, false information, compromised accounts, or coordinated activity to bypass a limit or security control.

The Sponsor may rate-limit, investigate, reject, or disqualify an application reasonably associated with duplication, manipulation, fraud, unlawful activity, provider abuse, or a material breach of these Rules. Security controls reduce abuse but cannot guarantee that every bot is blocked or every legitimate request is accepted. Decisions remain subject to applicable law.

After applications close, the Sponsor freezes a snapshot of applications that completed current legal acceptance, Privacy Notice acknowledgement, age and region confirmation, qualification, and submission.

The final mint allocation and USDC mint price are chosen and locked after the eligible snapshot is frozen and before the future randomness block is known. The applicant count remains private. The final allocation, contract cap, price, and completed mints may later be visible on Base.

Selection is not first come, first served. After the allocation is locked, the Sponsor uses the hash of a future finalized Base block as entropy. Each eligible application receives a deterministic score derived from that block hash, the campaign identifier, and the application identifier. The applications with the lowest scores, up to the locked allocation, are selected.

The snapshot digest, entropy block, ranking method, and audit record are retained so the draw can be reproduced. Odds depend on the number of eligible applications and the locked allocation. No applicant is guaranteed selection.

Applicants will be told publicly when private results are available and must open the official site themselves. The application-only launch does not send selected, not-selected, wallet, signing, payment, transaction, or mint instructions by email. Results are private until the Sponsor publishes them.

A selected application gives only the connected wallet a non-transferable right to mint one vAPI Genesis Goose Egg at the published price. The right does not expire and will not be reallocated, but it cannot be moved to another wallet. Selection does not require the holder to mint and does not guarantee that a transaction will succeed.

The mint takes place on Base through the exact contract address published on the official vAPI domain. The selected wallet must have enough USDC for the exact mint price and enough native currency for network fees, approve the exact required USDC allowance, and submit the transaction after minting opens.

Before signing, the applicant must check the domain, network, contract address, connected wallet, payment asset, price, and transaction details. Confirmed blockchain transactions may be irreversible. The safety word is a recognition signal displayed after it is chosen, in post-verification campaign email, and where specified on the private site. It is not authentication, will never be requested as an input or reply, and does not replace independently opening and checking the official domain and contract address.

A vAPI Genesis Goose Egg is a digital collectible offered for collecting and entertainment. It is not an investment, security, deposit, ownership interest, financial product, or promise of profit, resale value, governance, access, rewards, or future utility.

Artwork, metadata, and presentation may evolve, but this campaign includes and promises no reveal, hatch, Citizen status, trait, tier, perk, benefit, access, reward, governance right, or future feature.

Each applicant is responsible for determining and paying taxes, duties, reporting obligations, network fees, and other costs that apply to that applicant. The campaign is void where prohibited. The Sponsor may withhold or refuse participation where required by sanctions, tax, consumer, anti-money-laundering, or other applicable law.

The campaign depends on wallets, X, email delivery, hosting, Base, RPC providers, USDC, and other third-party systems. The Sponsor may pause, modify, suspend, or cancel the campaign before mint publication when a legal, security, sanctions, provider, force-majeure, or material technical issue makes the planned process unsafe, unlawful, or materially unfair.

Any cancellation, replacement draw, failed-mint treatment, or refund obligation follows these Rules and applicable law. The Sponsor will not change a published result merely to reallocate an unused selected right.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the campaign, application interface, draw, mint interface, and collectible are provided "as is" and "as available." The Sponsor does not warrant uninterrupted provider availability, selection, mint success, wallet compatibility, market value, resale, metadata permanence, or future features.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Sponsor and its campaign service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or third-party losses caused by user error, compromised credentials, phishing, an incorrect address or network, a provider outage, network congestion, token behavior, or an irreversible transaction. Nothing in these Rules excludes or limits liability, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

The vAPI Genesis Goose Eggs Privacy Notice describes the campaign data collected, why it is used, who receives it, retention, international processing, marketing choices, public blockchain records, and available data rights. Marketing consent is separate from acceptance of these Rules. Withdrawing marketing consent after email qualification does not cancel an otherwise valid application.

These Rules do not displace the mandatory law, jurisdiction, dispute process, or venue that applies to an applicant or the Sponsor. Before starting formal proceedings, an applicant and the Sponsor will first try in good faith for 30 days to resolve a written dispute sent to the notice address. A court or authority with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear an unresolved dispute.

These are the Official Rules in force for the published version shown above. Material changes to an active campaign must be published with a new version and handled as required by law.

English is the only controlling publication for this application-only release. Nothing in these Rules removes a non-waivable right, remedy, jurisdiction, or protection that applies to an applicant.
